Noggins​​
Noggins are regional meetings of local groups of members set up in an area by, and for, local members.
A Noggin Secretary is elected from within the group and they organise meetings, trips out, members’ attendance at local and national shows, etc. as well as submitting activity reports for Slice, the RSSOC bi-monthly magazine. They are also the central point of contact with the Club Committee and other Club officials on behalf of the Noggin group.
